That’s a wrap for this week. Hopefully, one of these roles catches your eye. Keep an eye out for new opportunities, and good luck with the applications!

For remote roles, I lead with KPI bullets (delinquency, turn time); ‘apply promptly’ — I keep a PDF ready.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌

Since listings are real-time, I set alerts and attach a 60-sec Loom; @Guide’s KPIs, but skip cover letters unless requested.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌

Quick example: I linked a sample weekly owner report (rent roll + WO aging) in my resume and got two callbacks; name-dropping AppFolio/Yardi helped. These “apply promptly” real-time posts move fast, so I submit within an hour and do one phone follow-up. Caveat: clarify after-hours/on-call upfront for remote roles; decent leads show up on https://iremjobs.org.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌

Adding a 30–60–90 plan got me callbacks: I attach a one-pager with “first 10 days: stabilize collections, vendor audit, inbox SLA 4 hrs” and drop a Calendly for a 10‑min chat — if they’re link-averse, I swap in a plain-text line; @stejack your KPI angle dovetails with this…

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌

I get more callbacks by leading my resume with a one-liner like “Cut delinquency from 7% to 3% in 60 days” and linking a tiny case study — hiring managers skim like they’re scanning a rent roll. I also include license details (e.g., RE/CAM) and note after-hours availability for different time zones. Small caveat: some ATS break links, so I paste a 3–4 line summary of the case study at the bottom as plain text.
