Applied within 24 hours on ‘real-time’ posts; Yardi screenshots ready landed remote, but some commercial roles still require onsite walkthroughs.

Quick tip: I’ve landed two remote PM gigs by attaching a one-page portfolio — unit counts, software (Yardi/RealPage), a CAM recon screenshot, and 2–3 KPIs — so recruiters can scan it in 30 seconds. Since these are ‘real-time’ postings, I also ask upfront if ‘remote’ includes any site days and time-zone coverage; otherwise you find out after the first screen. Think of it like a maintenance ticket: the clearer the scope, the faster the response.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌

Lately I’ve gotten faster replies on the remote listings by adding a “30–60 sec” Loom of my unit-turn workflow plus a CAM recon screenshot at the top — these posts expire fast and , missing them stings. Building on @Guide, for commercial I note COIs and after-hours HVAC escalation so they see I can straddle residential and commercial. Small caveat: some ATS strip links, so I also add a one-line summary in the PDF.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‌

Quick example: for the adjuster listings, I started putting my license (TX All-Lines) and core stack (Yardi/RealPage) in the subject and first line, plus one KPI; I got callbacks within a day. I also ask up front about travel because some “remote” roles still expect quarterly site visits. And yes, “apply promptly” — these move faster than a leaky faucet after maintenance shows up.
