Balancing recerts and tenant support work

Juggling HUD/LIHTC recerts with EIV and all the paperwork is eating our week, but I don’t want tenant support — utility assistance apps, referrals, reasonable accommodations — to get shortchanged; how are you structuring roles or pay to keep compliance tight and still give residents time? We’ve got an MOR in March and a PBV HQS blitz next week across 3 sites, and I’m debating a part-time compliance coordinator — what titles/certs help (COS, TCS, HCCP), and what rates are you seeing?

, the month before an MOR I assign a floating RS lead to handle utility apps/referrals across all 3 sites while the rest of us block 9–1 for EIV/LIHTC. I toss them a temporary $1/hr differential and set two 30-min ‘walk-in’ windows so resident stuff doesn’t vanish but compliance stays tight. With that PBV HQS blitz next week, can you cross-train one person to float Tue/Thu?
