Improving Communication with Residents

I’ve been experimenting with a community app to enhance resident engagement, and it’s made a noticeable difference in our common areas… Just last week, we organized a cleanup day through the app, and the turnout was fantastic — about 30 residents showed up! I’m curious if anyone else has found effective tools or strategies to keep residents involved and informed.

We’ve had great success with polls in our app to gather feedback quickly — it’s amazing how much residents appreciate being heard! Have you tried that approach?

Using a community app can really boost engagement. I’ve found that sending out regular updates, maybe highlighting an event like your recent cleanup day, keeps everyone in the loop and excited. Just last month, we did a meet-and-greet through our app, and the conversations it sparked were invaluable for connecting residents.
