I’ve been thinking about how we can enhance our communication with families of residents, especially with the holidays coming up. We implemented a monthly newsletter that shares updates and stories from our community, which has really helped keep families in the loop. It’s heartwarming to see how engaged our residents feel when their families are coming in and knowing they’re staying connected.
