Managing student housing has its ups and downs, but seeing that look of horror on a student’s face when they realize they forgot to return their key is priceless. Last month, we had a total lockout during finals week, and I swear it felt like I was running a comedy club while trying to remind them they have to lock the door and grab the key before they rush off to take a test. If only I could pass out keys with a side of study tips.
