Property Maintenance Manager

Pay: $65,000–$75,000 per year (plus annual commission potential ~$10,000)

What You’ll Do

Oversee a portfolio of ~300+ residential properties (single-family homes, townhomes, condos, multi-family).

Conduct move-in, move-out, and renewal inspections; create rent-ready repair lists.

Manage renovation projects and coordinate large repairs from scope through completion.

Source, hire, and supervise vendors; negotiate quotes and ensure compliance/documentation.

Communicate with landlords about major repairs/renovations and protect owner investments.

Qualifications / Requirements

3+ years residential property management experience.
